StoneyBrooke Homes is a Single-Family Home Building company consisting of two home building veterans bridging a partnership for the next generation of homes to be built along the front range.

Meet Mike Fenton.

 Mike has over 35 years of home building experience and his resume and list of accomplishments speak volumes for his contributions with national and regional builders. Mike most recently spent the past 16 years at Century Communities as VP of Operations/ Division Manager of Century Communities Colorado Springs Division. Mike's esteemed leadership, wealth of construction knowledge and long-term relationships are a vital component that sets StoneyBrooke Homes apart as an emerging homebuilder.

Meet Michael Ujlaky.

 Mike also has enjoyed over 35 years of success and growth with comprehensive time spent in the floor covering industry. Mike brings 15 years in estimating and sales for homebuilder design centers nationwide. Mike most recently has spent the last 8 years as a Territory Manager with Shaw Industries, the largest flooring manufacturer in North America. His wealth of knowledge and relationships are a vital component for maintaining great communication and processes with our trade partners and customers.
