Michael Ujlaky

I started in the construction industry when I moved to Colorado Springs in 1984. I developed my skills as a flooring installer and took on remodeling projects. I later worked at a flooring design center, focusing on new construction homes. This role helped me build strong relationships with builders and gain industry knowledge. In 2006, I joined the Colorado Springs Home Builders Association and spent a decade networking and attending the International Builders Show. These experiences provided valuable knowledge and lasting friendships. In 2022, I reconnected with Mike Fenton after he left a national builder. Together, we decided to start our own company and launched StoneyBrooke Homes in January 2023. After a year of preparation, we broke ground on our first two homes. Despite the loss of my business partner in 2025, we continue our mission to deliver quality, high-efficiency, and attainable homes while making a positive impact in our community.
